  • John J. Lennon
    President and CEO

    Jack Lennon became President of UV Flu Technologies at its inception in July of 2009. Since 2004 he has been President of Chamberlain Capital Partners, a consulting company specializing in the areas of business formation and finance. As part of this role, Mr. Lennon frequently serves as interim President and CEO for the underlying entities. He currently serves as interim President and CEO of Celestial Delights, and LED Power, two publicly traded entities. He serves as Secretary, Treasurer and Director of American Petro Hunter, also a publicly traded entity, and Director of American Durahomes, a private entity. He is a past officer and director of Explortex Energy, Brite-Strike Tactical Illumination, Inc., GC China Turbines, and US Starcom. From 1986 to 2004 Mr. Lennon was a Sr. Vice-President for Janney-Montgomery Scott and Smith-Barney. From 1977 to 1986, Mr. Lennon served in the area of corporate turnaround for Dupont, Polaroid, and Sippican Corp. He has a BSME from UMass/Amherst, with minors in Finance and Geological Engneering, and a MBA from Boston University in Corporate Finance.

  • Dennis J. Rosen
    Director

    Dr. Rosen is a Developmental Pediatrician teaching at UMASS Medical Center in Worcester and in private practice in Amherst, Massachusetts. He has been the Director of Developmental Clinics in multiple community hospitals in Western Massachusetts since his training at the State University of New York at Buffalo, where he earned his medical degree. Dr. Rosen completed his residency at Boston City Hospital and post-graduate developmental pediatric training at Children's Hospital Medical Center in Boston (1976). Dr. Rosen is a nationally known speaker and advisory board member to numerous international pharmaceutical companies.

  • Roger Nelsen
    Director

    Mr. Nelsen brings over 36 years of experience in the medical equipment and health care sector. Since 1996 he was Senior Vice President at Eco-Rx, Inc., a company specializing in the air purification industry. Prior to that, he was the principle of Nelsen & Associates, an independent health care sales and consulting organization. From 1980-1991 he held senior positions with medical equipment manufacturers Retec, USA and Everest & Jennings. His highly successful career in the sector began in 1973 with a lengthy period at several divisions of Johnson & Johnson. Mr. Nelsen was educated at the University of Connecticut, with a B.S. in Business Administration.

  • Glen Bushee
    Director

    Mr. Bushee currently serves as the President of Brite-Strike Tactical Illumination Products. For the past 20 years Mr. Bushee has held Senior Management positions for a number of organizations including Brite-Strike, 3P North America, and Sunbeam Corp. As part of his responsibilities, he was closely involved in the ongoing product design process including extended feature developments based on marketplace demands. For a number of years, he lived in China in order to closely oversee all facets of production from design to price point. The years spent in China provide Mr. Bushee with an extensive network of industry contacts and familiarity with several manufacturing concerns of significant interest to UV Flu.
